Chef Deb is known for plates that celebrate the vibrant culinary traditions of Haiti and the finesse of french cooking. Growing up in Brooklyn, her connection to food was fostered by her Haitian heritage, as she assisted her grandmother in preparing traditional Haitian feasts. Her passion for culinary arts led her to explore formal education, after working in acclaimed kitchens around the city she started Li Bon LLC so that she could bring the flavors and culture of Haiti to more tables.
